Responsibilities:
- Facilitates check-ins and check-outs of guests
- Liaise with different teams concerning operations
- Provide premium guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay
- Liaise with the housekeeping team to provide an overall comfortable guest experience
- Cash handling and credit processing as required
- Resolve guest complaints or otherwise follow up with the manager.
- Reach out to guests to communicate room is ready
- Be familiar with hotel services
and promotions and promote them.
- Attend to guests' queries, needs and other special requests
- Follow department policies, procedures and service standards, including all safety policies.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- At least a short time experience in the field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Highly organized, results-oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure.
- A degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management is an asset but not a must.
- Computer proficiency in a Windows environment (Word, Excel).
- Background in housekeeping and hospitality is an asset.
- Must be a team player and be able to multi-task.
5 level CCNL full time contract.
